This website is operated by Hamza Taaouch, trading as Snoutwell. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Snoutwell. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you purchase from us.

2. Products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our snuffle mats are supervised foraging games, not chew toys: always supervise your dog during use and store the mat afterwards.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. They may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case you will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on every order and includes tracking. Delivery times are estimates, as described in our Shipping Policy. If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, we will replace it or refund you.

5. Returns and refunds

All purchases are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and, for EU customers, the 14-day legal right of withdrawal, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Snoutwell or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snoutwell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
