Free shipping on every order

All Snoutwell orders ship for free, with a tracking number.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time (from order to delivery)

• Germany and the EU: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• Other countries: 8–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and can occasionally be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update – this is normal.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at support@snoutwell.shop with your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Customs, duties and VAT

• Germany and the EU: VAT is included in our prices and paid at import, so you pay nothing extra on delivery.
• United States: if you are ever asked to pay an unexpected fee, contact us before paying and we will help you sort it out.
• Other countries (for example the UK, Switzerland or Norway): local import duties or taxes may apply according to your country's rules.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@snoutwell.shop within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before your order ships.
